Stacie Taylor

Stacie Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stacie started their career at The Bean Counter as a barista and quickly rose to the position of Shop Manager, where they were responsible for inventory management and financial reporting.

Afterwards, Stacie worked at Benedictine University as a Learning Coach and Lead Writing Tutor, gaining experience in working with a diverse clientele and developing excellent communication skills.

Stacie then joined Wells Fargo as a Lead Teller and International Teller, before transitioning to Coyote as a Software Developer. At Coyote, they worked on maintaining an image annotation app and successfully built and launched a Scavenger Hunt app.

Following their time at Coyote, Stacie worked remotely at Social High Rise, first as a Director of Account Management and later as a Product Manager. Stacie'sresponsibilities included managing accounts and overseeing product development.

Stacie's next role was at The Collab Lab, a non-profit organization that they co-founded. As the Executive Director of the Board, they helped recent bootcamp grads and self-taught developers learn collaboration in software development.

Most recently, Stacie worked at Zapier in various roles. Stacie started as a Customer Champion, then transitioned to being a Frontend Engineer, and eventually became an Engineering Manager. In these roles, they managed hiring and onboarding, coached employees, and spearheaded the acquisition of technical tools.

Throughout their career, Stacie has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different roles, develop technical and leadership skills, and drive successful outcomes in various organizations.

Stacie Taylor attended Benedictine University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Communication Arts with a focus on Communication and Media Studies. In 2017 and 2018, they enrolled at Bloc for Web Development. Stacie also holds a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Innolution, LLC, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
