Jean-Bertrand Casseus has over 15 years of experience in the Information Technology field. In 2013, they began working at The Coleman Group Inc. as Senior Manager of Information Technology Support Services. In this role, they were responsible for spearheading recruiting and hiring of technical employees, assembling and deploying cross-functional teams, and analyzing and reporting on project performance. Jean-Bertrand also held a contract position as an Information Technology Training Specialist, where they delivered Tier 1, 2, and 3 level support on COTS and proprietary applications, and educated agency personnel on creating accessible documents using Microsoft Word 2010, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

At ACS, a Xerox Company, they wrote project charter, project scope, master plan, and schedule to guide the implementation of enterprise system.
At Centura College, Casseus was a Business/Computer Instructor, where they taught curriculum covering business and technology disciplines to educate students on technology concepts, application software, and operations systems. At Medlin Information Services, they were the Director of Professional Services, where they cultivated new client relationships and negotiated contracts to generate revenue. Finally, at Welligent, they were the Director of Project Management, where they designed and implemented web-based application software for various healthcare and education departments.
Jean-Bertrand Casseus obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from Long Island University. Jean-Bertrand then received a Masters of Communications Technology in Network Design (LAN/WAN) from The American Institute (A Division of The Institute for International Research) in 1993. In 1996, they became a Certified Channel Representative from Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In 2007, they became a Certified Reuters Insight Consultant from Reuters. In 2008, they became a Certified Training Professional from The Training Associates. In 2020, they obtained entellitrak Developer Training from MicroPact Training and became a Modern Classroom Certified Trainer from Logical Operations. Jean-Bertrand also holds a Certified MODAPTS Analyst from Price Waterhouse Management Consultants.
