Peter Krupa Ebdrup has extensive experience in the coffee industry, currently serving as Roastery Manager at Coffee Collective since January 2012, with additional roles including Construction Project Manager, Origin Coordinator, and Deputy Country Director. Previous positions include Project Development Manager and various managerial roles within the same company. Peter has also worked as a restaurant consultant for establishments such as Les jeunes, Alfred’s diner, and Black Coffee Lyrics between 2010 and 2020. Educational qualifications include a management degree from KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi and a high school diploma from Ringkøbing Gymnasium.
