Selina Horstmann serves as the Global HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Capol since August 2016, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Prior to this role, Selina was the Managerin HR at digmed GmbH from October 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities included the strategic establishment of an HR department and implementation of personnel measures. Additionally, Selina held the position of Geschäftsstellenleitung at Netzwerk Cerebralparese e.V. during the same period, focusing on financial, personnel, and organizational tasks. Earlier experience includes internships in HR at Deutsche Postbank and marketing communications at AirPlus International. Selina holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Justus Liebig University Giessen and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Administration from Hochschule Heilbronn. Furthermore, an exchange semester in Marketing was completed at Dundalk Institute of Technology.
