Gaurav Sharma is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in the beverage and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at The Coca-Cola Company since October 2020, Gaurav has held several leadership roles, including Chief People Officer at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages and Human Resources Director for Coca-Cola Singapore Beverages, with specific responsibilities for Singapore and Malaysia. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of HR at Vega Foods Corp, Business HR Head at AkzoNobel, and progressing from Management Trainee to General Manager of HR at PepsiCo. Gaurav holds a PM&IR degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Science from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
