Chris Spencer has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Chris began their career as a General Manager at Pizza Hut, where they successfully increased profitability and reduced food costs. Chris then transitioned to Shorty's Mexican Roadhouse, where they mastered various roles and eventually became a General Manager, focusing on turning around and improving underperforming locations.

In 1999, Chris joined Chevy's Fresh Mex as a General Manager and successfully opened their first restaurant in Massachusetts. Chris recruited and trained a large staff and managed multiple areas of operations, achieving a profitable outcome beyond the initial plan.

Moving on, Chris joined Performance Food Group-Northcenter, where they held roles such as Territory Sales Manager and District Sales Manager, showing exceptional leadership and sales skills. Chris consistently exceeded sales goals and was recognized as one of the top-performing sales representatives within the company.
