Adam Charity has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Coaching Inn Group since July 2014, where notable roles included Operations Director and Group Operations Manager. Prior experience includes General Manager positions at the Talbot Hotel Oundle from May 2011 to July 2014 and the Best Western Admiral Rodney Hotel from September 2009 to May 2011. Adam began a career in hospitality as a Business Support Manager at Bulldog Hotel Group from January 2008 to February 2009. Educationally, Adam attended Lincoln Minster School from 2000 to 2006.
