Jennifer Bourgoin is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in mentoring programs and instructional design. As the Mentor Program Manager at The Clubhouse Network since December 2019, Jennifer oversees a $2 million federal grant aimed at supporting underserved youth in STEM careers and applies established instructional design models to train staff across multiple locations. Prior experience includes roles as Program Coordinator at Harvard Medical School Center for Primary Care, where Jennifer coordinated courses and strategic resources for students, and Program Manager at MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership, where Jennifer authored guidebooks and managed national mentoring initiatives.
