Lori Deibel possesses extensive experience in membership services and executive search, currently serving as Membership Director and Member Services Director at The Club at Boca Pointe since October 2010. In this role, Lori focuses on member acquisition, processing renewals, and developing marketing initiatives for a non-mandatory equity, private country club, while effectively liaising between management and membership. Previous roles include Managing Principal at Be Resume Ready, where Lori enhanced resumes for senior executives, and Senior Director/Senior Recruiter at Michael Dunford Associates, managing executive search projects. Lori has also held senior positions at Steven Douglas Associates and A.T. Kearney Executive Search, contributing to executive search engagements across various industries. Lori holds a BBA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
