T.J. Martzial has over three decades of experience in community development and housing programs, currently serving as a Manager at Cloudburst Consulting Group since March 2010. Prior experience includes the role of Community Development Director for the City of Portland, Maine, from January 2007 to February 2010, and Housing Programs Manager for the City of Bangor, Maine, from October 1980 to January 2007. T.J. Martzial holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 1973.
