Puneet Kahlon, MBA, is a seasoned professional in executive compensation and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst and Team Lead for Talent Acquisition at The Clorox Company since May 2018. Puneet has extensive experience in recruiting for experienced hires across various sectors, including DTC, enterprise analytics, marketing, and sales, along with a background as a Sourcing Specialist focused on building proactive candidate pipelines. Prior to this role, Puneet worked as a Recruiting Associate at The CARA Group, where responsibilities included sourcing for Fortune 500 organizations, developing recruitment strategies, and creating tracking systems for recruitment metrics.
