Haekal Martono is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently, Haekal serves as the Human Resources Project Manager at B Clinic Slimming & Aesthetic, focusing on recruitment since January 2024. Previously, Haekal was the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Beautylosophy Mahandaru Indonesia and the HR & GA Manager at PT. Vanco Mas Sejahtera, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and policies, preparing departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Haekal holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Perbanas Institute, obtained in 2014.
