Erich Hochmuth has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Erich started their career at Electronic Data Systems as an Information Associate, where they maintained and enhanced Java and C++ frameworks. Erich then worked at Maritz as a Technical Specialist, leading the Solutions team and collaborating with product development and client solutions teams. Later, Hochmuth joined Daugherty Business Solutions as an Application Architect.

Hochmuth also has experience in the agricultural biotechnology industry, having worked at Fortune 500 Agricultural Biotechnology Corporation. Erich held roles as a Platform Engineer Team Lead, R&D IT Agronomics Solution Architect, Data & Analytics Team Lead, and Platform Architect, where they focused on building technical solutions for big data and analytics in the R&D pipeline.

At The Climate Corporation, Hochmuth served as a Director of Engineering - Field Data & Analytics, where they led product engineering teams and helped grow the engineering department. Erich also held the roles of Big Data Architect/Engineer and Sr. Director Data & Analytics, where they built a data lakehouse infrastructure and led strategic projects.

Hochmuth's most recent experience is as the Director of Digital Media at Duda Ace Hardware, where they define and executes the digital strategy for a local brick and mortar store, focusing on brand awareness and running ad campaigns.
