Roland E. has a strong background in application support and operations. Roland began their career at Direct Edge in 2005, where they served as an Operations Specialist and played a lead role in directing the support team for the ISE stock Exchange. Roland oversaw the performance of trading and data applications, resolved connectivity issues, and acted as a liaison with various stakeholders. In 2009, Roland joined Citi Hedge Fund Services as an Assistant Vice President, where they worked until 2013. Roland then transitioned to HSBC Securities as a Regional Production Support Manager until 2017. Currently, Roland is serving as the Director of Application Support at The Clearing House since 2022.

Roland E. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Monroe College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in ITIL Service Operations from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2014 and ITIL V3 Foundation from Loyalist Certification Services in September 2012.
