Rebecca O'Neill is a skilled educational consultant and former teacher with extensive experience in elementary education. Currently a Consultant at The Clearing, Inc. since October 2022, Rebecca previously served as an Analyst. Prior to this role, Rebecca taught third grade at Henrico County Public Schools from August 2020 to October 2022, where collaboration with special education and ESOL resource teachers was a focus. Rebecca also worked as a fifth grade teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools from August 2014 to June 2020, serving as Lead Teacher and collaborating with a team to address diverse learning needs. Rebecca holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies, both from James Madison University.
