Dennis Miller serves as the AVP of Human Resources and Benefits at The Claremont Colleges Services since November 2019, leading strategic HR initiatives and overseeing administrative services for seven Claremont Colleges. Additionally, Dennis is an Advisory Board Member at The Workforce Institute and previously held the position of Managing Director & Chief Employment Officer at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona Foundation from 2006 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing HR, payroll, and facilities for approximately 2,100 employees. Earlier roles include Director of Human Resources at CSU Fresno Association, Inc., and VP of HR at SMS Management & Technology, where significant organizational growth was achieved. Dennis holds an M.S. in Human Resources Management and a B.S. in Management/Economics from Chapman University.
