James Lambert is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in bakery and pastry instruction, currently serving as a Chef Instructor at Peralta since September 2008, where over 7 years of hands-on teaching in bakery skills, including a focus on Artisan Bread classes, has been achieved. Additionally, James has worked as a Pastry Chef at Luna Park since January 2000, where a successful dessert menu was designed and implemented, alongside part-time commitments to maintain quality and seasonal changes.
