Sheila Sister, a Project Manager at the City of North Vancouver since November 2020, has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Previously serving as a Transportation Engineer at the City of Vancouver from January 2019 to October 2020, and as a Project Engineer at WSP | MMM Group from June 2011 to January 2019, Sheila has led high-profile projects, managed diverse teams, provided civil design solutions, coordinated meetings, and ensured timely project delivery. Sheila began as a Junior Engineer, EIT, focusing on contract drawing preparation and tender document compliance with Ontario Ministry Standards, while also mentoring internship students. Sheila holds a degree in Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, obtained in 2011.
