Kathy Sotero Rosado has worked in various administrative roles in different government agencies and private companies. Kathy currently serves as the Assistant City Clerk at The City of Daytona Beach. Prior to this, Kathy was the Deputy City Clerk at the City of Maitland. Kathy also has experience as an Employee Relations Administrator at American K9 Detection Services, LLC and as a Public Works Administrator at the City of Deltona. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Seminole State College.
