Lucy McGlinchey currently holds the position of Group Talent Manager at The Citation Group since January 2022, following a role as Internal Recruiter at Citation Professional Solutions from June 2019 to January 2022. Prior to this, Lucy worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Search Consultancy from 2015 to 2019, contributing to one of the UK's leading recruitment consultancies. Lucy began the recruitment career at Tinies Childcare from 2014 to 2015, where expertise in providing comprehensive recruitment solutions for childcare services was developed.
