Andy Clarke is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and investment management. As the Group M&A Director at The Citation Group since March 2017, Andy has leveraged expertise gained from previous roles as Director at Convex and Altium Capital, as well as from self-employment and a Corporate Finance Manager position at Grant Thornton. Further experience includes an Investment Manager role at LDC and an Audit Manager position at KPMG UK, specializing in financial services. Andy holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Leeds.
