Katie Mansur has a strong background in talent acquisition and leadership development. Katie currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition US Markets at The Cigna Group. Prior to this, they worked at Cigna for several years, where they held various roles such as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition US Healthcare/Strategy, Director of M&A Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition Corporate/Operations/Technology, and Learning & Leadership Development Senior Manager. Before joining Cigna, Katie worked at Ernst & Young LLP in Global Management Consulting, focusing on HR and Finance. Katie also gained experience in Mergers & Acquisitions at Bank of America.

Katie Mansur attended Cornell University for the MILR School's Executive Education Program in Human Resources Management and Services. Katie also studied Finance and Financial Management Services as well as English Language and Literature at Assumption University. In 2019, they obtained a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Masterclass Certification from Korn Ferry Advance.
