Lauren Douglas is currently the Stakeholder Engagement Manager at The Church of England since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Swanshurst School & Sixth Form College from September 2016 to April 2023, where Lauren served as DSL, Head of Year, and Teacher. Before their time at Swanshurst, Lauren was a History Teacher at PRESIDENT KENNEDY SCHOOL from July 2014 to August 2016.
