Vivien Martinez has extensive experience in customer service and claims administration, currently serving as a Claims Administration Auditor at The CHP Group since July 2021, after progressing through roles as Claims & Customer Service Rep II and III. Additionally, Vivien has been a Promotional Assistant at Red Shoe Productions since October 2014, acting as the primary point of contact for clients at various venues. Prior roles include Customer Relations Specialist at CleanFleet, New Patient Coordinator at Northwest ENT & Allergy, Field Support Specialist at Custom Decorators, Inc., Promotions Assistant at Radio Disney, and Bank Teller at Bank of America. Vivien is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Portland Community College.
