Natalie Leister currently serves as the Head of Practice at the Business Disability Forum since August 2024, and has been with The Children's Society as the Interim Head of People Experience and Culture & Inclusion since January 2022, after previously holding the position of Head of People Experience. Natalie's career includes significant roles at Southeastern Railway, where from April 2012 to January 2022, the individual worked as Area Manager for the Tonbridge Group and as Station Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Southern Railway from January 2010 to April 2012 as a Rail Neighbourhood Officer/Team Leader.
