Heather Helms (Covell) is an experienced professional in the social work and business development sectors, currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships Manager (North) at The Children's Society since April 2019. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Business Development Manager at Richmond Fellowship from July 2016 to April 2019, and earlier worked at the same organization as a Team Leader and Recovery Worker from December 2013 to June 2015. Heather holds a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Manchester (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Durham University (2004-2007).
