Efua Asante-Frempong has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Services Partner at The Children's Society since July 2013. Throughout the tenure at this organization, Efua has held several key roles, including HR Advisory and Operational Lead, HR Services Supervisor/Team Leader, HR Officer, and Resourcing Advisor. Prior to this, Efua worked at Clinton Cards from September 2011 to July 2013 as a Resourcing Advisor and HR Administrator. Efua earned a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Industries from Solent University and completed A-Levels in Communication and Media Studies at Havering Six-Form College.
