Rachel Stanton is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in appellate law and children's rights. Currently serving as a Senior Appellate Attorney at The Children's Law Center since April 2017, Rachel previously held the position of Appellate Attorney at Grais & Ellsworth LLP, where representation of plaintiffs in securities and complex commercial litigation was a key focus from July 2012 to March 2017. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Staff Attorney in the Juvenile Rights Practice at the Legal Aid Society, advocating for children in abuse and neglect proceedings. Early career experiences included roles as a Law Intern at Children's Rights and a Summer Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where Rachel gained valuable skills in legal research and litigation. Rachel Stanton earned a JD, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA, magna cum laude, in Psychology from Yale University.
