George W. Hay, PhD, is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of business psychology, currently serving as an adjunct professor and department chair at The Chicago School since January 2009. Hay has also held the position of adjunct professor of management at Benedictine University since 2006. With a strong background in organizational research, Hay's prior roles include AVP of marketing analytics and optimization at TCS Education System and global director of consumer and business insight at McDonald's Corporation, along with an analytical position at WirthlinWorldwide. Hay earned a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University and a BA in Child Study from Tufts University.
