Nikolaos Alexopoulos is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in mechanics and materials. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of the Aegean since July 2014, Nikolaos has also held positions as Assistant Professor and Lecturer. Previously, Nikolaos was an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National Technical University of Athens in early 2010 and served as a Scientific Collaborator at Hellenic Aerospace Industry S.A. from November 2006 to June 2009, contributing to various research projects. Additionally, Nikolaos worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Technological Educational Institute of Piraeus from October 2005 to June 2009. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Thessaly, a Doctoral Thesis from the University of Patras, and a Post Doctoral Thesis from the National Technical University of Athens.
