Kathy Eslinger started working at Hyde Park Day School in 2018, where they held the role of Special Education Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at The Chicago Lighthouse starting in 2017 as a Special Education Teacher.

Kathy Eslinger obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Elementary Education from Marquette University between 1980 and 1983. Years later, they pursued their Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from DePaul University from 2011 to 2015.
