Jennifer Ferrell began their work experience in 1997 as an Office Manager at Stony Creek Collision, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a GA at Eastern Eateries. In 2017, they had two roles: a Tax Intern at Edward, Ellis & Armstrong from January to April, and a Staff Accountant at PIDC from April to September. In 2019, Jennifer worked as a Tax Preparer while being self-employed until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Tax Analyst at Atlas Oil Company. Jennifer'smost recent position is as a Tax Accountant at The Chemico Group, which they began in October 2021.

Jennifer Ferrell completed their Associate's degree in Accounting at Washtenaw Community College from 2010 to 2012. Jennifer then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Eastern Michigan University from 2012 to 2015. After that, they furthered their education at Eastern Michigan University, obtaining a Master's degree in Taxation from 2015 to 2016.
