Laurie Bell serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Cheltenham Trust since April 2019, overseeing the management of Cheltenham’s iconic venues while delivering arts, culture, entertainment, leisure, and community services. Prior to this role, Laurie was the Director of Communities and Communications at Wiltshire Council from April 2009 to April 2019 and held the position of Deputy Chief Executive at North Wiltshire District Council from October 2005 to April 2009. Laurie's educational background includes attendance at the Convent of the Sacred Hearts in Weymouth.
