James Jilek currently serves as a Regional Partner at The Chef Agency since October 2022 and has been a Business Owner at Apex Cuisine since June 2015, where the focus is on delivering outstanding dining experiences through exceptional customer service and creativity. Previously, James held the position of Senior Executive Chef at the University of Michigan from January 2022 to October 2022 and served as Executive Chef at Naya Inc. from November 2009 to July 2012. James Jilek received a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Michigan and a Culinary Arts Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago.
