Allison Julian has extensive work experience in the Food + Beverage industry. Allison is currently the Director of Recruitment at The Chef Agency, where they previously held positions as a Senior Regional Partner and Regional Partner. Prior to working at The Chef Agency, Allison worked as a Pastry Chef at Dolce & Ciabatta, a Pastry Cook at Salamander Resort & Spa, and a Pastry Cook at Bakery Nouveau. Allison also gained experience as a Barista/Shift Supervisor at Starbucks.
Allison Julian started their education journey in 2010 at Barton Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a focus on Sociology. Allison completed their studies there in 2012. Following this, they attended the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts- Seattle in 2012-2013. During their time there, they specialized in Baking and Patisserie Arts, with a specific focus on Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef. Finally, they enrolled at Johnson & Wales University in 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Allison graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2022.
