Ellie Mae Dole has a diverse range of work experience. Ellie Mae started their career as a Family Resource Advisor Intern at Heartland Head Start, where they assisted with home visits, assessments, and communication with families. Ellie Mae then worked as a Community Impact Intern at United Way of McLean County, where they helped develop educational programs and implemented a "Kindergarten Skills Survey". Ellie later served as a Bike Camp Director at Down Syndrome Association of Wi, managing a bike camp for individuals with disabilities and coordinating volunteers. Ellie Mae also worked as a Student Coach at Coulee Connections LLC, providing support to students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Additionally, Ellie has experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an Insurance Specialist and Office Manager at State Farm Agent. Ellie Mae also served as the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at Moose Charities Inc, where they managed donor engagement platforms and created successful fundraising campaigns. Ellie later started their own business, Ellie Dole Custom Content Creation, where they offered custom content creation services. Ellie Mae is currently the Director of Communications at The Chapel.
Ellie Mae Dole completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Education/Child and Family Studies from Illinois Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
