Gina Nicosia is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in global total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Chamberlain Group since June 2017, Gina Nicosia has held various roles within the organization, including Vice President and Senior Director positions in Global Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Operations. Prior to joining Chamberlain Group, Gina Nicosia had a long tenure at Allstate from January 1998 to June 2017, where roles ranged from Director of Benefits and Compensation to Senior Consultant in Organizational Effectiveness. Gina Nicosia holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University.
