Janey Choi is a highly accomplished violinist and educator with extensive experience in diverse musical settings. As a founding member and violinist of Ardelia Trio since 2008, Janey has also performed on Broadway in various productions including Disney's "Aladdin" and "Hadestown." A teaching artist with The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Janey facilitates engagement with chamber music in schools. Additionally, Janey serves as the musical director for Thomas/Ortiz Dance and has freelanced with notable orchestras and ensembles, including Santa Fe Opera and Princeton Symphony Orchestra. A sought-after violinist for high-profile artists, Janey has toured with Adele, Bruce Springsteen, and Beyoncé. Education includes degrees from The Juilliard School and Rutgers University, emphasizing a distinguished background in violin performance.
