Ryan Stromberg has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Ryan currently holds the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer at CESO, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer, also at CESO, starting in April 2022. Ryan briefly held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at CESO in March 2022. Before joining CESO, Ryan worked at Spring Lake Park Schools as the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development from December 2010 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Human Resources at Eden Prairie School District from January 2007 to December 2010. Ryan also served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Eden Prairie Public Schools from October 2003 to January 2007, and as a Staffing Specialist at Eden Prairie School District from November 1999 to October 2003.

Ryan Stromberg obtained their first degree, an Associate of Arts (A.A.), from Central Lakes College from 1993 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, at the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1996 to 1999. Ryan then furthered their education at the University of St. Thomas, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from 2007 to 2011.
