David Jenney has over 20 years of experience in technology design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance in both the public and private sector. David has served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of CESO Technology, leading the vision for the Technology team and finding solutions that are simple and reliable. Previously, they worked as the Director of Technology at CESO. Before joining CESO, David was the Owner/Founder of iFly Repair LLC, where they pursued full-time work as a lead technician. David also worked at Matrix-NDI as a Tech Team Supervisor, overseeing phone system installation and repair, network gear installation and repair, and managing server environments. David's extensive work history also includes serving as a Service Technician at Phone Guys Inc, where they installed, supported, and programmed telephone and voicemail systems for numerous customers, and trained employees on phone system usage.

David Jenney attended Dakota County Technical College from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a 2-year Associates degree in Telecommunications.
