Marco DiCarlo is an experienced operations leader and mechanical design professional, currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Central Group since September 2015, having previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Designer / Engineering Manager at the same company from August 2013 to July 2015. Prior to this, Marco worked as the Mechanical Design and Prototype Manager at Harding Display Corp from August 2009 to June 2013. Earlier experience includes sales roles at Sanction Skate and Snow from 2000 to 2012, mechanical design at Design Plastics Inc from 2002 to 2004, and design and CNC programming at Array Marketing in 1999 to 2000. Marco holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University (2004-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western University (1996-2000). Marco's education was preceded by studies at St. Michael's College School from 1991 to 1996.
