Kathleen Sapinoso has over twelve years of experience in product development and innovation. Kathleen began their career in 2008 as an Intern at Geronimo, where they worked closely with the designer, keeping the showroom organized and coordinating stylist pulls and returns. Kathleen also assisted with photo-shoots and contributed to creative direction. In 2013, they became a Product Development Intern at Olehenriksen, where they helped to ensure proper product dossiers for regulatory and assisted with research and presenting ideas to the team. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Hatchbeauty as an Innovation Manager, Creative Coordinator, and Product Development Intern. In this role, they wrote copy for all content, ideated and concepted new brands and products, and worked closely with the Product Development, Brand Management, and Product Teams. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Product Development Manager at Naturium.

Kathleen Sapinoso attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2013 to 2015.
