Joshua Joseph Pangelinan is an experienced professional in the fields of climate finance, sustainability, and ocean health. Currently serving as the Oceania Regional Representative for the Sustainable Ocean Alliance, Joshua focuses on entrepreneurial support for ocean health in Micronesia and Tonga. As an affiliate of the Resilient and Sustainable Islands Initiative at ODI, Joshua contributes to enhancing sustainability in Small Island Developing States. Previous roles include research and advisory positions at WSP, UNDP, and other organizations, where Joshua specialized in climate finance, blue economy projects, and international policy frameworks. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and has completed the GREEN Program in Renewable Energy and Sustainability at Reykjavik University.
