Caio Raposo currently serves as a Climate Policy Associate at CCAP, focusing on international methane mitigation and climate change efforts. Prior experience includes working as a Sustainability Consultant at PCN Latin America, overseeing solid waste management certification projects, and as an External Consultant for BlackForest Solutions GmbH, supporting the implementation of organic waste strategies and beverage container deposit systems in Uruguay. Additionally, Caio coordinated solid waste projects at Engebio Engenharia e Meio Ambiente and founded Compacto.co, a consultancy focused on waste reduction and management, collaborating with notable companies. Early career experience includes business analysis for Grupo Cataratas at various national parks. Caio holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Specialization from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul.
