Victoria Wall MIH has extensive experience in hotel operations and management, currently serving as the Head of Hotel Operations at The Parkgate Hotel within The Celtic Collection since April 2022. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Wyboston Lakes Ltd, where duties spanned from May 2016 to April 2022, and Operations Manager at Jurys Inn Hotel Group, responsible for the hotel's transition and operational standards. Victoria's expertise also encompasses food and beverage management, having held key positions at Four Pillars Hotels and Bluestone National Park Resorts Ltd, where significant revenue increases were achieved. Additional roles at Celtic Manor Resort and Lamphey Court Hotel enhanced operational and guest relations skills, building a strong foundation since starting as a Graduate Trainee Manager at Ramada Jarvis Hotels after earning a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Plymouth.
