Adrian Andrews MIH currently serves as the Cluster General Manager at The Celtic Collection, overseeing operations at Ty Milford and St. Brides Spa Hotel since December 2021. Previously, Adrian held various managerial positions at Premier Inn, including Multi-site Hotel Manager for Cardiff City Centre & Bay, where the largest new opening in 2019 took place, and Hotel Manager at Birmingham NEC Airport Hotel. Earlier experiences include roles as Regional F&B Support Manager and Multi-Site Operations Manager at Premier Inn, as well as Regional Training & Development Manager at Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Adrian's career in hospitality began as General Manager at Heywood Mount Hotel, leading to its transformation into Tenby's only Visit Wales 4-star hotel. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
