Justin Grady is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in maintenance and HVAC systems. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at The Cedars of Chapel Hill since December 2022, Justin previously held dual roles at Croasdaile Village as both Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor from December 2016 to March 2023. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as an HVAC mechanic at Warren-Hay Mechanical from July 2010 to September 2014, gaining valuable expertise in the installation and repair of HVAC systems.
