Claire Puopolo Hulbert has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Claire started their career in 2012 as a Talent Acquisition Administrator at Euro-Pro. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Cengage Learning as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they provided HR support to the Sales and Marketing business functions. Claire also played a key role in recruiting interns and full-time associates through on-campus events. In 2014, they joined DataXu as a People Strategy (HR) Representative, supporting all U.S. based employees with their HR needs. Since 2015, Claire has been associated with The CCS Companies, where they initially served as a Manager, Human Resources. In this role, they acted as a corporate business partner and HR manager, resolving employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Recently, in July 2022, they transitioned to the position of Director, Human Resources at The CCS Companies.
Claire Puopolo Hulbert has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in Psychology and minors in Sociology from Bridgewater State University. Claire also holds a High School Diploma from Millis High School. Additionally, Claire has obtained certifications as a Certified Analyst for the Predictive Index Behavior Assessment Tool from PI Worldwide in April 2012, and an Adult Mental Health First Aid Certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in May 2023.
