Joon-Yong Jung has extensive experience in the field of radiology, currently serving as a Professor at The Catholic University of Korea since March 2013, where prior roles included Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Jung's background also includes a position as a Visiting Scholar at the Institute for Basic Science (IBS) in the Center for NanoMedicine from May 2018 to February 2019. Previous experience encompasses working as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Clinical Fellow at The Catholic University of Korea St. Mary's Hospital from May 2010 to February 2013, and serving as an Army Doctor in the Department of Radiology at the Ministry of National Defense from April 2007 to April 2010. Jung's education culminated in a Doctor of Philosophy in Radiology from The Catholic University of Korea, with earlier qualifications including a Doctor of Medicine obtained from the same institution.
