Sally Lipe has a diverse work history with a range of responsibilities and accomplishments. Sally began their career at Nancy K. Perry Children's Shelter, where they served as the Program Director from 1992 to 1997. Afterward, they joined The Cason Group, Inc. as a Marketing Manager in 1998. Sally held this role for 13 years before transitioning to Manager, Human Resources in 2011. Most recently, Sally has been serving as the Director of HR and Training since January 2020, where they are an integral member of the Executive Team, responsible for HR, Training, and Administration departments. With their extensive experience in both HR and management roles, Sally is well-equipped to recruit and retain staff who align with the company's mission, vision, and values, and to provide expert counsel on employee relation matters.

Sally Lipe completed their undergraduate education from 1984 to 1988 at Winthrop University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
